Our Department: formed in the summer of 2006 (Helotes Area VFD beginning 1959; Helotes Fire Department with paid firefighters in 2003). Site header and ISO page: "Protecting Northwest Bexar County since 2007." Those two years both print on the district's own site; they are not the same year.
