Everyone tells you to apply. No one shows you how to get ready.

Recruiting ads tell you to sign up. Application systems shuffle your paperwork. Nobody actually helps you get ready. Ready to Serve does, before you ever apply.

The model already worksU.S. Army FSPC

The U.S. Army's Future Soldier Preparatory Course exists to take people who are not qualified yet and get them ready before they ship. Ready to Serve brings that same approach to fire, EMS, law enforcement, and every branch of service.

We do not quote graduate counts or graduation rates for the course. We have not found an Army source we can cite for them, so we leave them out.
